About the Programmes

Developing Middle Leaders

In the early stages of leadership, it is important to establish who you are as a leader, foster investment by your team, and understand the process of leading sustained change. Participants will identify a change they want to address, and through the programme, learn to lead others and lead change through the lens of this specific issue. Participants will ‘learn about’ and ‘learn to’ lead with impact in a school context. The programme will include six sessions over the year; three sessions in the Autumn term, and three spread across the remainder of the year. This is to encourage learning, development and reflective practice over time.

Costs: £200 + VAT SAfE subscribers / £250 + VAT Non-subscribers 

Aspiring Senior Leadership

A programme to identify what it means to be an outstanding senior leader and accumulate the necessary expertise in order to develop your leadership skills in a Primary or Secondary School. The course consists of the following sessions:

• Do you have what it takes?
• Maximising staff performance
• Challenging behaviours 
• Using data to improve performance
• What to expect at interview 
• The real deal (Mock with Heads/Deps)

Costs: £225 Per Person /Group Discount Available 

Executive Coaching

This is a 6-session course focused on establishing and expanding a coaching model in school.
