This is a programme to identify what it means to be an outstanding senior leader and accumulate the necessary expertise in order to develop your leadership skills in a Primary/Secondary School.
The course comprises the following six sessions in 2026:
- Do you have what it takes? – January 7th
- Maximising staff performance – January 21st
- Challenging behaviours – January 28th
- Using data to improve performance – February 4th
- What to expect at interview – February 11th
- The real deal (Mock with Heads/Deps) – March 11th
