We'll be bringing together aspiring leaders for a free Xavier Future Headteacher Forum at Salesian School in Chertsey. This isn’t a typical CPD session, it’s an opportunity to:

• Reflect on leadership as a vocation

• Hear directly from experienced Catholic Headteachers

• Gain practical insight into the journey from classroom to headship

• Understand what Trusts like ours look for in future leaders

• Connect with like‑minded colleagues

You will hear from our CEO, James Kibble, and members of the Xavier team about how we support future leaders.
