The Trust is headed up by a Chief Executive Officer, Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer with a Board of Directors across Finance, HR and Audit. We are answerable to the individual schools and their Governing Boards with the aim of being fully transparent and accountable in everything we do.
Under the CEO are a team supporting the key activities of the Trust.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Nicola's background is in the world of banking where she was latterly Head of Tax. She entered the education sector via the Teaching School, and took on responsibility for the Trust schools' finances at its founding in 2016.
With a long standing background in the education sector, Alison's experience involves supporting children with a wide range of educational needs. Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), she also holds chartered status from the British Psychological Society (BPS).
A time-served engineer, Paul's skills cover 25 years in construction project management and facilities project management.
Qualified as a Chartered Marketer, Catherine's career spans personal financial services and accountancy. She oversees the implementation of many of the Trust's plans and projects.
Charlie began in teaching and then developed into pastoral leadership and the area of special needs. Her expertise in the SEND 2014 framework and implementation, brings the specialist support sought by schools in the Trust.
After a full-time career in teaching, culminating in roles as Headteacher and Principal, Nikki oversees the Trust schools' HR recruitment and development needs.
With 15 years in a global conglomerate, Helen brings experience in finance and consumer healthcare to the Trust. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
